DoseMarks

Privacy policy

Short version: the calculator runs in your browser, we don’t use tracking cookies, and we only store your email if you join the waitlist.

Last updated October 2026

The calculator

Everything you type into the calculators — vial size, water, dose, syringe — is processed in your browser and is never sent to our servers. Your light/dark theme choice is saved on your own device using local storage.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the date. We use it only to tell you about the DoseMarks dose tracker and closely related updates. We never sell or rent it. You can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to delete your address at any time.

Analytics

We use two privacy-focused analytics tools to count visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami, which runs on our own server. Neither uses cookies, fingerprints visitors or tracks you across other websites. They record things like the page viewed, the referring site, browser, device type and country, and we only look at aggregated totals. We also count two anonymous events: that a calculator was used, and that someone joined the waitlist. Each records only the page it happened on, never your email address or anything you type into a calculator.

Hosting and security

DoseMarks is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. We don’t use that data to identify you.

Children

DoseMarks is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

To see or delete the information we hold about you (in practice, a waitlist email), email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers.
